CaDA - LEVC London Taxi | Set C62004W

The LEVC London Taxi by CaDA is a technic/system hybrid model designed by Markus Schlegel. I was particularly drawn to the interesting building techniques used in the system part to make the beautiful shapes of the vehicle. But the Technic part is also impressive. Even pure Technic sets rarely achieve such a smooth steering.

CaDA provided the taxi with a lot of Metallic Silver pieces, which looks great. I would have preferred chrome, however, which no manufacturer does as well as CaDA. Stickers, always an issue in CaDA sets, were thankfully few and can be easily skipped.

Building the model is enjoyable but not quite easy. This is not a beginners set.

What bothered me was the quality of the black pieces, which appear slightly grayish and are not color consistent.

You can open the classic pair of doors, adjust the angle of the rear seat, and even open the sunroof to get a peek at the interior details.

This model comes with a phone booth ornament that opens up to reveal even more detailed internal features.

Purchase a separate power pack that allows you to remotely control the car's forward, backward, left, and right turning movements.

Dimensions – This model is built to a 1:12 scale and boasts impressive dimensions, standing over 12.8 cm tall, measuring 35.2 cm in length, and spanning 14.4 cm in width.
