The Citroen 2CV Charleston - Executive Edition is a 1:12 scale model of one of the great classics of French automotive history. Cobi has developed a very solid model, with fine prints and a proper reproduction of the round shapes, which is not an easy task for this car.

The building instructions are as usual flawless, but even many months after the release, they are still not available digitally. However, we can look forward to great SNOT (Studs Not On Top) building experiences.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the color choice again. The yellow pieces from Cobi tend to not cover black pieces underneath cleanly. The headlights also didn’t hold up very well.

Price-wise, the set is reasonable at less than 6 cents per piece. Apart from the mentioned weaknesses, we get solid material for our money.
