The Black Pearl by Mould King is a fantastic ship model designed by MOC YOUR BRICKs. To my knowledge, there is no permission from the designer for this set, but fortunately, BlueBrixx has taken care of it for their own shop. So at least in Europe you are covered.
I am glad about it, because MOC YOUR BRICKs has really created a masterpiece here. The shapes, building techniques, and overall design are amazing! The only thing I don’t find quite as fitting is the tan-colored deck. I would have preferred something darker.
Especially in the stern, it is also not easy to build and unfortunately, you can no longer access all the interior spaces after assembly. So it’s less suitable for kids.
As typical of Mould King, the Pearl comes with fantastic GoBricks pieces. The price-performance ratio is accordingly pretty good. The extensive sticker sheet can be ignored.
