Opinion
The Small timber barn with vegetable garden from BlueBrixx has a great interior filled with brick-built animals, and it is one of the few sets that has a decent garden. The roof made of classic Slopes may seem a bit outdated, but a touch of tradition in a new set has its own charm.
In terms of construction, the design is somewhat unround: the floor consists of rather small Plates, which could have used a bit more stability. In addition, there are building techniques, such as with the corn, that do not work as well with the BlueBrixx material. Also, the pig could have used more friction in the Technic pin to keep its head from drooping.
However, these are all minor issues, because the loving design and the really good value for money still make the Small timber barn with vegetable garden set a really good one.
