Opinion
The USS Stargazer NCC-2893 by BlueBrixx is a sleek model that is surprisingly robust, but it does not boast the most spectacular building techniques. The set is also suitable for beginners in the series.
The ship is very well proportioned and looks really good thanks to all the prints. The USS Stargazer NCC-2893 has an almost studless look and the stand with all the Pearl Gold | Warm Gold looks great too.
I especially like the direct view from the back. Starfleet ships usually look good from the front, but that is rarely the case from the back. The four engines help a lot with that. Of course, you have to like the SNOT (Studs Not On Top) based slope look of the saucer section.
The parts may not have the prettiest injection points, but they worked very well. There were no problems with clutch power. Micro scratches are always an issue, but the primary color Light Bluish Gray | Medium stone grey is not problematic in that regard. The instructions work, but they are not available digitally.
The price of 40 euros is fair. The set includes some prints and the license.
