Opinion
The Mercedes-AMG™ ONE from CaDA comes with a license, prints, and an exiting design. Bruno Jenson has not only created one of the most beautiful Technic supercar models on the market, but also made it surprisingly well-built and robust as a finished car.
CaDA has also put a lot of effort into the implementation. The instructions are once again very good, the packaging is impressive, and the new tires, rims, engraved fin, and prints make the overall package high-quality.
However, the functions are not a highlight. There is not much more than opening the doors and deploying the spoiler, in addition to the driving functions. It was brave to incorporate electronics into such a colossus, but it did not quite pay off. The Mercedes-AMG™ ONE is slow on the road and the turning radius is enormous. I would have preferred a static model with more functions instead.
The piece quality is very good, although not all prints were as clear as I would have liked. The MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) of 275 dollars is a good deal already and may come down over time.
