Disney™ Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters' Cottage should appeal to a range of target groups. Of course, there is the license and the devoted fan base of the 1993 film, then there are the Halloween enthusiasts, and finally all those who want another half-timbered house from LEGO to combine it with the Medieval Blacksmith. There is something for all of these groups. The design is wonderfully gnarled, highly detailed, and the minifigures make every fan’s heart skip a beat.

The designers decided to shrink the building significantly compared to the fan design. Instead, the pieces are invested in the details, a good decision! Again, this set contains a wealth of building techniques that I can recommend for imitation.

Although I find it regrettable that the building is only partially modular, it is not really problematic. However, it is harder to digest that the exterior design focuses visually on one side. Also, there are too many stickers again.

Overall, it is a brilliant design, but it is priced a bit too high. I think a list price that was 30 euros lower would have been more appropriate.
