Opinion
The UCS Millennium Falcon from LEGO, designed by Hans Burkhard Schlömer, may be six years old, but it can still keep up with its younger siblings. Although the exterior elements have large gaps and the colossus lacks stability - something that LEGO has improved significantly in the recent models UCS The Razor Crest and UCS Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser - it still maintains its impressive appearance and charm.
No other Star Wars model has managed to impress me as much. It is still the most beautiful and impressive set in the LEGO Star Wars portfolio.
One could argue that the UCS Millennium Falcon might be a bit too large, as it is also somewhat impractical due to its handling. The interior space is very limited and the cockpit is spartan. These, along with the aforementioned issues, could probably only be resolved with a lot more parts. However, this would quickly result in a set costing over 1000 euros.
Therefore, it will likely remain as it is for a while, until a successor with the inevitable price jump is expected.
