Opinion
The Family Reunion Celebration is one of the most competitively priced sets from LEGO in Europe in recent months. For our money, we get 13 partially excellent minifigures, especially the restaurant staff with fantastic prints and the couple with the space jackets.
I really like the building itself. Although it is open at the back and therefore not a complete building, it still has sleek proportions. The new fence elements in Pearl Gold | Warm Gold, combined with the ingots in Dark Green | Earth Green, create a cohesive look. Inside, there are three floors with nice details such as an aquarium, a karaoke machine, and well-set dining tables. There are also new noodle prints to admire.
Unfortunately, the set also includes some stickers. You have to like that, as it’s difficult to do without some of them.
I would have liked to have a complete building with a back wall and even more prints, then it could have been the perfect set.
