Opinion
The Coffee House by ohsojang is his smallest modular building yet, but it doesn’t need to hide behind its siblings. The interior is intricately detailed, witty, and modular, with some building techniques that will leave you amazed - the SNOT (Studs Not On Top) technique used for the carpet pattern is just one example. Having a drive-through is also a rarity among modulars and would fit well in any City.
The pieces are typical of Mould King - quite good - but unfortunately, this set, with its many windows and black pieces, suffers above average from the usual micro-scratches. Unfortunately, there is no easily accessible digital instruction, and the fact that Mould King did not revise the original MOC (My Own Creation) is, once again, noticeable. There are preparations for electrification in the design, which are not included or mentioned in the instructions.
Once again, it is a great design, but unfortunately suffers more than usual from scratches and has a pile of stickers, without which it looks quite sad.
