Opinion
The Urban Railcar by Mould King could be an interesting alternative for fans of the historic LEGO Monorail technology. It works surprisingly well to have a motorized car run on roller coaster tracks. However, the car has to struggle uphill and doesn’t offer any interior space, as the battery box takes up all of it.
The set is simply designed and feels a bit like the little brother of the Rolle Coaster. It includes everything we need, including a bridge and platform. The bridge is robustly constructed, but the appearance is marred by many exposed blue pins.
The parts, as usual, come from GoBricks and are of very good quality. Unlike the Rolle Coaster, there were no issues with the tracks here.
Although the Urban Railcar will probably not win any awards for its looks, it is an interesting concept that works surprisingly well and is easy to assemble.
