Opinion
“Reduce to the Max” may have been the motto of the Retro Television by Pantasy, and it has worked very well here. For only 35 euros compared to the 70, this set practically offers all the strengths of its predecessor in a simpler form. Fewer pieces naturally mean less building fun, but it is still a very good build.
This set is not only suitable for enthusiasts and collectors, but is also an ideal entry into the hobby as well as a nice souvenir or gift.
The overall package is characterized by high quality. The bricks are excellent and the instructions are very understandable, although not available digitally. The entertaining features allow the Retro Television to not only collect dust on the shelf, but also be showcased.
Pantasy is not only releasing this set in an improved version this year. Other manufacturers should definitely take a closer look at this concept.
